In 1856 Romanticism and culture Renaissance began to appear in Barcelona. The city took a great leap towards modernity, but what did that matter when at the same time Mr. Louis Moritz was already brewing his own beer between the Raval and the Eixample. That was a historic milestone.

Spanish sunshine in a bottle. This lager is clean and pale, a hint of sweet malt with delicate citric hops. Smooth taste and unique aroma, with a lovely balance of sweet and bitter. Made with extra-pale malts, and 100% natural spring water from the Montseny mountains in Guilleries National Park, north of Barcelona, giving the beer a perfect mineral balance. Flavoured by the infusion of Saaz hops flowers (one of the world's costliest hops) instead of extract, making the beer more pure and aromatic.
