The water use at Estrella Galicia comes from a single source in a nature reserve here in the home town: A Coruña. Its chemical composition is ideal for brewing our beers.

Extremely important, because beer is  about 90% water and also because it is one of humanity’s greatest natural assets, Estrella Galicia is committed to reducing consumption by using it consciously and investing in technology to optimize our production.
