Pasteurization what? Well... Many beers are heated at the end of the brewing process to eliminate the risk of infections once and for all. But why pasteurize when the residual sugars caramelize and the fine hoppy taste disappears? Moreover, we brew Bavik Super Pils in perfectly hygienic conditions, so pasteurization is not an option. This way Bavik Super Pils keeps its unique light hoppy taste. Win win!
