 A sake brewery with a history of 200 years in Hida Takayama and Kamimitsunocho, Gifu Prefecture. Funasaka Sake Brewery is a sake brewery located in the "old townscape" of a castle town. The deep mountains of Hida line the Japan Alps. Using spring water produced from this beautiful nature and high-quality sake brewing rice, we make Japan sake brewed with traditional techniques that have been passed down for generations.

 This sake contains gold flakes and is perfect as a gift & for celebration. It is a delicious sake with a rich flavor, a highly alcoholic sake, best to mix with soda to make the experience more exciting!!
