 A sake brewery with a history of 200 years in Hida Takayama and Kamimitsunocho, Gifu Prefecture. Funasaka Sake Brewery is a sake brewery located in the "old townscape" of a castle town. The deep mountains of Hida line the Japan Alps. Using spring water produced from this beautiful nature and high-quality sake brewing rice, we make Japan sake brewed with traditional techniques that have been passed down for generations.

 Top quality brew from rice grains milled to 50%, a fresh sake with a gorgeous, fruity taste, goes well with sashimi & carpaccio!!
