Sweet wine, but with a pleasant freshness, aromatic with hints of white peach and lychee. The great intensity and long aromatic persistence make it particularly suitable for various types of desserts.

• Processing:  drying of the grapes in the fruit room; cold destemming and cleaning of the must and soft pressing of the whole grapes and fermentation at a controlled temperature.
• Aging:  in steel.
• Color:  golden yellow with greenish reflections.
• Perfume:  pleasant, aromatic, fine and delicate.
• Taste:  aromatic and sweet, typical with a very delicate hint of freshness.
• Consumption:  up to 2 - 3 years following the harvest.
• Pairings:  it pairs perfectly with light cakes, spoon desserts, fruit salads, tarts, dry biscuits and almond paste or perhaps with fruit between meals.
