Subtle nose with the scent of ripe lemon, notes of Jasmine flowers and iodine. The attack is direct and vibrant, abundant with white-fleshed fruits and a smoky finish reminiscent of silex.

From vines more than 30 years old, in biological transition. We are committed to respect the terroir to let it express itself in the best way possible. Each of our grapes is sorted and selected at the harvest and in the cellar at the reception. Our gravity cellar makes it possible to produce wines with the utmost respect for our grapes.

This estate located in the most beautiful appellation of Sauvignon Blanc in the world, is above all the meeting of two entrepreneurial families passionate about wine, Jolivet and Oddo, who have joined hands for this project Le Piton. Lorraine Oddo and her father, Pascal, wanted an iconic white wine in their portfolio and naturally chose the Sancerre appellation, with the help of their friend and partner Pascal Jolivet. They had the opportunity to acquire an outstanding 10 hectare estate located on the oldest plots of Sancerre with the best terroir.
